Ted joined the Army in July 1950 to get into the Korean conflict. He was just 17 years old and 2 months.
He always had a great love for America, and appreciated the freedoms we enjoy.
In the American Legion he enjoyed being at every July 4th presentation every July 24th parade and most of all at every funeral and American Legion presentation for all the veterans.
He would have loved how he was honored by the American Legion at his own funeral.
